You can add products to your orders that are in your cart and have not been paid for. We work with a courier integration to deliver your completed orders to you as quickly as possible. Since the shipment code is generated at the time of payment for your order, it is not possible to make additions after this stage.
Please check your order while the courier is present. If your package is missing or defective: - Do not accept the delivery. - Attach a "Damage Detection Report" to the courier. - Send back the product/package to us with this report and invoice. - Contact us through the communication channels below for further assistance.
If your order has not been shipped yet and you placed it by being a member; you can cancel it from the my account section on our website. If you placed an order without being a member; you can contact us via our Support line at 0553 805 74 24 or our email address [email protected]. It is not possible to cancel shipped orders through the website. In this case, we kindly ask you to follow the process in the refund section of the my account.
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it within 14 business days after delivery. You can start the return process by providing the shipment code via Yurtiçi Kargo and with recipient pays postage. It is very important that the products to be returned or exchanged are sent complete, undamaged, unused, unwashed.
After the products you returned reach our company, refunds will be processed within 20 business days if the payment was made in cash or via bank transfer. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed within 20 business days based on the type of transaction, whether it was a single payment or installment.
In cancellations, refunds, and exchanges, if there is no defect originating from the seller in the product, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer.
